For years, Mergesoft has been creating and developing an ERP application intended for installation on Windows computers. The application was mainly used by employees of the bank that was the investor in this project. The program had no identification, no characteristic color palette or even specific visual orders according to which subsequent views could be created. New functionalities and controls were implemented in a rather arbitrary way, and the styling of individual elements was sometimes inconsistent.
My task - from the visual side - was to create a distinctive brand, with its own name, logo and a set of colors used in the program. The project was difficult because it mainly involved fitting into the framework defined by the application code, which often dictated the place or size of elements. After designing the color palette and the most important controls used in the application, there was a long process of designing individual views. The entire work took about 4 years, and the project involved UI/IX designer, frontend and backend developers.
