Existing situation

Many of the applications the company maintained required constant servicing, bug fixing and updates. Customers wrote e-mails or called the company to talk about troublesome errors they deal with on a daily basis or to submit an idea for an improvement. The inability to catalog or prioritize these reports resulted in delays in their implementation and, consequently, frustration for users. In response to this need, the Feedback application was created, allowing interested parties to report errors, corrections and improvements in all the company's applications.

Solution

The Feedback application involved quickly reporting an error online in a simple, few-step process. It enabled the prioritization of requests, sorting and filtering them (on the administrator's side) and tracking the progress of the request (on the client's side), as a result of which both groups saved a lot of time.
