HSB is an online banking application of NeoBank, addressed to the end customer. The company already had an electronic banking application, but with very limited functions and some usability errors. The task was to redesign all views in accordance with the guidelines obtained by researchers during the user testing process.
It was also about creating a new commercial brand, with a new name, color palette and graphic design corresponding to current trends. The company sought to create an application with a trademark unrelated to NEO Bank in order to be able to sell the program to smaller banking entities. The task was completed by a group consisting of a UI/UX designer, frontend and backend programmers, and the entire work took about 2 years.
